PRODUCT FEATURES

1. Applied on both humid and dry base surface and the coating layer is stable and firm.
2. Its mixture with paint can be used as a colorful decorative layer.
3. It is non-toxic, smell-less and applicable in waterproofing for drinking water pool.
4. High temperature resistant, applicable in waterproofing for road and bridge.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1. Mainly used in anti-leakage, waterproofing and damp-proofing for walls, washing rooms, kitchens, basements, tunnels, bridges and pools, etc.

2. Waterproofing, damp-proofing and anti-leakage for aerated concrete and hollow bricks.

APPLICATION METHOD

1. Substrate requirement: Must be flat, solid, no crack, no visual water, clean without sand, dust and oil waste. Internal and external corners should be made into circular arc shape. Fix the crack before applying.
2. Collocation proportion and construction:
   The 1st Layer: Emulsion : Cement Powder = 1 : 0.5
   The 2nd & 3rd Layers: Emulsion : Cement Powder = 1 : 0.8
   Brush the first layer as primer to seal the cracks and tiny holes of the concrete. Then apply the 2nd & 3rd layers uniformly according to waterproofing application standard and the time between each brushing should be 1 or 2 hours (depending on the weather and environment, and evaluating with your hands until the coating is not sticky).
3. Enhancement process: if the waterproof layer needs to be enhanced, non-woven fabrics and fiber cloth can be used as the reinforcements.
4. Make cement-sand protection layer after solidification before next application.

NOTES

1. Collocation shall be in strict accordance with the proportion, the stirring time shall not be less than five minutes.
2. Storage temperature should be within 5-40℃.
3. Construction temperature should be above 5℃, keep ventilated during application.

PACKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

1. This product is environmental coating and can be transported as regular product. Prevent it from direct sun, crash, rain and keep the package without damage.
2. Stored in clean, dry and sealed metal bucket. Best storage temperature for emulsion should be above 5℃.
3. Storage period is six months. If expired, it only can be used after being checked qualified.
