PRODUCT FEATURES

1. Polyester cloth reinforcement core, with good root resistant, tear resistant and abrasive resistant properties.
2. Can effectively prevent water or steam from getting inside of the structure.
3. After the construction of pre-laid membranes, concrete and steel bars can be constructed on them without the protection layer, which has quicken the construction pace.
4. Can be paved on humid base surfaces (no visible water) with wet-applied method, no obvious effect of rain weather, which can shorten the working period.
5. High tensile strength and good elongation property, which can maintain its shape even in the case of cracks and deformation on the substrate.
6. No dripping/cracks at high/low temperature .
7. Excellent ability of elongation and flexibility.
8. No need fire, safer construction; no solvent evaporation, energy saving and environment protecting.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1. Suitable for national projects and residential buildings, especially for the basement concrete, floor, wall and roof waterproof construction.
2. Channel, water pool, caves, subway and high speed railway waterproof construction.
3. Especially suitable for those projects which fire is not allow to be used.

APPLICATION METHOD

1. Pre-laid Method:
   Base level processing -> Detail Processing -> Pre-laid the membrane -> Joints and corners treatment   -> Peel off the isolation film -> concreting
2. Wet Apply Method:
   Base level processing -> Mixing cement as glue-> Detail place processing-> Pave the membrane -> Joints and corners treatment -> Sealant processing

SPECIFICATIONS

NOTES

1.  Prevent any mental or hard objects from ruining the membranes.
2.  Membranes should be carefully protected during the concreting and installation of steel bars.
3.  Do not pave membranes on the base surface which is dirty, icy or wet with visible water.
4.  The construction must be performed in accordance with the procedures.

PACKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

1. Different types of products should be stored separately. Keep membranes dry and ventilated, protected from sun and rain.
2. Storage temperature should be between 5-45℃. One layer up-right storage in warehouse, no more than 2 layers up-right during transportation.
3. Prevent it from inclination or lateral pressure. If necessary, cover it with felt-cloth.
4. Storage period: 1 year under normal operation of storage.
