PRODUCT FEATURES
- TPO membrane has combine the advantages of EPDM and PVC. With the EPDM ’s fatigue ability and PVC’s weldable ability.
- Great resistance to puncture, chemical and environment.
- Compare to EPDM, TPO with better puncture resistance, can be welded in water and with better durability.
- No plasticizer exist, so the flexibility retention rate is excellent.
APPLICATION PROCESSES
- Pay off: Pre pave the membrane according to the site situation. If pave on the profiled steel roof, The pave direction should be vertical to the direction of steel sheet. Fix the membrane with design tools, cut the membrane if necessary
- Use welding gun or machine to weld the joints according to the relevant standards and rules.
- After large area construction, do a special extra fixation and sealant around the deformation joints, skylights and out-roof area.
PRODUCT MODEL
According to product components can be divided into homogeneity membrane (H), membrane with fiber backings (L) and Fabric covert reinforcement membrane (P).
NOTES
- The material of the welding place should be clean without water drop, oil and dust.
- Before official welding should do the pre-welding test, to make sure the welding temperature and speed.

JH-N100 This Type of membrane is manufactured by special customized premium asphalts, with Styrene Butadiene Styrene (SBS), elastomer resin as its modifier and reinforced by polyester base cloth. The structure of it consist of polymer modified bitumen materials, middle reinforcement cloth and some surface cover materials.
JH-P400 PVC waterproof membrane is a type of excellent capacity waterproof sheet, with PVC resin as its main material and mix together with appropriate portion of plasticizer, anti-uv agent and stabilizer, then be manufactured by extrusion molding method. Because of the unique product formula, the usage life time of this product is much longer than normal waterproof materials, which will increase the usage life time of the whole waterproof system (Roof: > 20 years; Underground: >50 years).
