APPLICATION PROCESSES
- Pre-laid Method:
Base level processing -> Detail place Processing -> Pre-laid the membrane -> Joints and corners treatment -> Peel off the isolation film -> concreting - Wet Apply Method:
Base level processing -> Mixing cement as glue-> Detail place processing-> Pave the membrane ->Joints and corners treatment -> Sealant processing

NOTES
- Cover the membranes with the protection layer after paving.
- No steps on membranes until the membranes sticking tightly to the base surface.
- No heavy and sharp objects on the membranes after paving.
PACKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
- Membranes should be stored separately. Keep membranes dry and ventilated, protected from sun and rain.
- One layer up-right storage in warehouse, no more than 2 layers up-right during transportation.
- Prevent it from inclination or lateral pressure. If necessary, cover it with felt-cloth.
- Storage period: 1 year under normal operation of storage.

JH-N100 This Type of membrane is manufactured by special customized premium asphalts, with Styrene Butadiene Styrene (SBS), elastomer resin as its modifier and reinforced by polyester base cloth. The structure of it consist of polymer modified bitumen materials, middle reinforcement cloth and some surface cover materials.
JH-P400 PVC waterproof membrane is a type of excellent capacity waterproof sheet, with PVC resin as its main material and mix together with appropriate portion of plasticizer, anti-uv agent and stabilizer, then be manufactured by extrusion molding method. Because of the unique product formula, the usage life time of this product is much longer than normal waterproof materials, which will increase the usage life time of the whole waterproof system (Roof: > 20 years; Underground: >50 years).
