PRODUCT FEATURES
- Excellent creep ability: absorbs effectively stress from substrate, and protect waterproofing layer from being damaged when stressed on substrate and extend lifetime of usage.
- Great adhesive power: will stick tightly immediately once touch, hard to peel off, can fix the cracks of the substrate.
- Great thermal adaptability: can resistant to 60-70℃ and keep good flexibility even at -25℃.
- Excellent self-healing ability: When waterproofing layer is damaged, the damaged area won’t extend and will be no water migration at the bottom of waterproofing layer. Due to the creep ability, the damaged area can be self-repairing, which improves the waterproofing layer liability greatly.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
- Widespread use in Industrial and civil buildings’ roof and underground waterproof construction.
- Grouting leakage-proof construction of deformation joint
- Use together with waterproof membrane can form a reliable compound waterproof system.
APPLICATION METHOD
- Substrate requirement: Must be flat, solid, non crack, non humid, clean without sand, dust and oil waste.
- Internal and external corners, pipes’ bottom should be made into circular arc shape. Circular diameter should over 50mm.
- Collocation proportion and construction:
Heat and melt the coating with special equipment, blade brush the coating uniformly. If use together with membranes, please pave the membrane as soon as possible to ensure the best performance of the waterproof system. Membrane connecting joints can also use coating as glue. - Pave membranes straightly, smoothly on the surface of non-curing rubber asphalt waterproofing coating. Overlapping width should be controlled between 80 -100 mm. Use roller to make membranes and substrate stick together after operation completed
- Build up protection layer which is made of concrete or cement mortar after acceptance inspection.

PACKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
- Pay attention to safety and fire during transportation. Keep it out of rain, mutual squeeze and damage.
- Keep it ventilated and dry. Storage should avoid high temperature.

The structure of it consist of polymer modified bitumen materials, middle reinforcement cloth and some surface cover materials.
JH-P400 PVC waterproof membrane is a type of excellent capacity waterproof sheet, with PVC resin as its main material and mix together with appropriate portion of plasticizer, anti-uv agent and stabilizer, then be manufactured by extrusion molding method. Because of the unique product formula, the usage life time of this product is much longer than normal waterproof materials, which will increase the usage life time of the whole waterproof system (Roof: > 20 years; Underground: >50 years).
