Mixing Ratio and Application Requirements
Primer Mixing Ratio:
Component A: Component B = 3:1
Application Requirements:
- After accurately weighing the components A and B according to the weight ratio, mix and stir for 1-2 minutes until uniform before use.
- If the base surface has any pits or uneven areas, they should be leveled before applying the primer.
Working Time
At 25-35℃, a mix of 7.5kg of Component A and 2.5kg of Component B has a working time of 40-50 minutes.
Curing Properties
With a standard reference formula applied at 0.3 mm thickness at 25-35℃, the surface will dry in 4 hours, and full curing will take 12-14 hours. It can be one walked on after 14 hours. Consecutive layer within 14-24 hours.
Storage and Packaging
- Packaging:
- Component A: 7.5kg in a plastic bucket
- Component B: 2.5kg in a plastic bucket
- This product is a non-hazardous item and is non-flammable.
- Shelf life 12 months. Store the product in a ventilated, cool, and dry place. Avoid direct contact with strong acids, strong bases, or oxidizing agents.
- Do not apply in environments where there is standing water, temperatures are below 5℃, humidity exceeds 90%, or where there is poor ventilation.

JH-N100 This Type of membrane is manufactured by special customized premium asphalts, with Styrene Butadiene Styrene (SBS), elastomer resin as its modifier and reinforced by polyester base cloth. The structure of it consist of polymer modified bitumen materials, middle reinforcement cloth and some surface cover materials.
JH-P400 PVC waterproof membrane is a type of excellent capacity waterproof sheet, with PVC resin as its main material and mix together with appropriate portion of plasticizer, anti-uv agent and stabilizer, then be manufactured by extrusion molding method. Because of the unique product formula, the usage life time of this product is much longer than normal waterproof materials, which will increase the usage life time of the whole waterproof system (Roof: > 20 years; Underground: >50 years).
