SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Planted roofs or basement, granaries, air-raid shelters, sewage treatment plants, man-made lakes, basements, tunnels, railways, bridges, refuse landfill and so on.

APPLICATION PROCESSES

1. Pre-laid Method:

Base level processing -> Detail place Processing -> Pre-laid the membrane -> Joints and corners   treatment -> Peel off the isolation film -> concreting

2. Wet Apply Method:

Base level processing -> Mixing cement as glue-> Detail place processing-> Pave the membrane ->

Joints and corners treatment -> Sealant processing

NOTES

1. Construction workers should wear soft shoes while applying. Wandering on the membranes is not allowed.

2. Better scatter a little cement powder for easier construction after peeling off the isolation film.

3. Inspection is required after the connecting joint construction, if there is any damage, need to deal with in time.

4. Pay attention to the protection of waterproof layer (membrane) while banding steel or concreting.

5. Pay attention to the proportion while mixing the cement glue.

6. Avoid cement polluting the joints before connecting.

7. No steps on membranes within 48 hours until the membranes sticking tightly to the base surface.

PACKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

1. Membranes should be stored separately. Keep membranes dry and ventilated, protected from sun and rain. Store temperature should between 5-45℃.

2. One layer up-right storage in warehouse, no more than 2 layers up-right during transportation.

3. Prevent it from inclination or lateral pressure. If necessary, cover it with felt-cloth.

4. Storage period: 1 year under normal operation of storage.
