SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Suitable for those complex unexposed structure of Roof, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, basement and pool waterproof construction.

APPLICATION METHOD

1. Substrate requirement: Must be flat, solid, non crack, non humid, clean without sand, dust and oil waste.

2. Brush the coating uniformly with plastic scraper onto the substrate. Make sure that there shouldn't be missing brush, bubbling and layer fall off situation exist.

3. The interval time between each layer should be determined by hand touching, if the coating not stick to hand, then brush the next layer, better brush 2-3 layers.

4. Steel's and pipe's construction require rust cleaning before brushing the coating.

5. Normally it will require to brush 3 times (layers). When the first layer become solid, brush the 2nd layer in vertical direction to the first layer's. Before the final layer getting solid, scatter some coarse sand and gravel will help improve the adhesive property of waterproofing and protection layers.

REFERENCE DOSAGE

For 1 mm thickness, the dosage is about: 1.5-1.7kg/㎡

NOTES

1. The concrete must be dry and without holes or crack. Humid concrete and sleet environment is not suitable for application.

2. Construction temperature should be above 5℃, keep ventilated while applying.

3. Suggest to store the products in inversion condition and finish using it in one time when open.

4. It will form a thin rubber layer on the surface if store for a long time, but Not influence the usage of the rest coating.

5.  Not allow to walk and pile up heavy and sharp objects on the coating before it get solid.

PACKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

1. Product should be stored in clean, dry and sealed metal bucket, better store the products in inverted state.

2. Prevent it from direct sun, crash, rain and keep the package without damage.

3. The best storage temperature is 5-25℃, no suitable store in the place more than 40℃.

4. Storage Period: 1 year.
