PRODUCT FEATURES

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Suitable for hydro power dam, locks, ports, water treatment plants, sewage pool, fire fighting pool, reservoir and other water conservancy project waterproof construction

APPLICATION METHOD

1. Substrate requirement: Must be flat, solid, without visible water, non crack,, clean without sand, dust and oil waste.
2. Cracks over 1mm must be fix with sealant first, the internal and external corners should be made into circular arc shape (Internal corner R>50mm, External corner R>10mm).
3. Collocation proportion and construction:
   Keep stirring for 3-5 minutes first before applying, finish using it in one hour when open the package.
   Brush the coating uniformly 2-3 times. The interval time of each layer is according to hand touching.
   If the coating not stick to hand when touching, then brush the next layer.
4. Reinforce processing: Suggest to use non-woven fabrics (200mm width) or fiber glass as reinforcement at corners if necessary.

REFERENCE DOSAGE

Damp-proof: One layer, thickness 0.5-0.7mm, about 1.1-1.2kg/㎡

Waterproof: MUST brush 2 layers, thickness 1.0-1.2mm, about 2.2-2.4kg/㎡

NOTES

1. Apply temperature should between 5-35 ℃, avoid applying under the direct sun in Summer.
2. Before the coating complete cured, protect it from rain, strong sun or cold.
3. Construction tools must be washed immediately after application.
4. Should not brush too thick in one time, control the thickness between 0.5-0.7mm.
5. Suggest to brush instead of spraying.
6. If need to put tiles on top, we suggest use professional tiles paste instead of cement, in case the coating will crack, bubble or fall off.

PACKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

1. This product is Environmental Coatings, prevent it from direct sun, crash, rain and keep the package without damage.
2. Should be stored in clean, dry and sealed metal bucket, better store the products with handstand state.
3. The best storage temperature should be above 5℃.
4. Storage Period: 1 year.
